The ChannelStats plugin

stats [<channel>] [<name>]
|

Returns the statistics for *<name>* on *<channel>*. *<channel>* is only

necessary if the message isn't sent on the channel itself. If *<name>*

isn't given, it defaults to the user sending the command.
